The processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves our warehouse. Your order processing starts the next business day after you place your order.
The transit time is from when the item leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
The delivery time of each item is determined by adding processing time to the transit time which equals the delivery time.
For example if your order is processed in 1 business day and you chose FedEx Home Delivery it would arrive in 4 to 8 business Day(s); depending on your location. (Processing time + transit time = delivery time.)
All times are based on business Day(s). Business Day(s) include all weekDay(s) (Monday through Friday) but not weekends or holiDay(s). For example orders placed on Friday will be processed within 1-3 business Day(s) which starts on Monday.
Undeliverable orders will be returned to the UrbanHookah.com warehouse. If you provided an e-mail or phone number when you placed your order, a customer service representative from UrbanHookah.com will contact you. At that time, you will be given the choice of providing an alternate shipping address, getting a refund (if you paid with a credit card) or getting store credit (if you paid with a check or money order). Refunds and store credits will be given for the product purchased but will not include shipping charges. Shipment time guarantees do not apply in the case of undeliverable packages.
UrbanHookah.com does not accept orders for items that are not currently in stock. In the unlikely event that such an order is placed, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the backordered item as soon as it is available at no extra charge to you. In the extremely rare event that the item you ordered is still out of stock after thirty Day(s), we will notify you and give you the option of continuing to wait for your order or canceling your order. If we are unable to fulfill your request for an item, we will refund your credit card for the amount of the product, plus any shipping charges.
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.
