Refused Packages

The customer is always responsible for all customs and duties charges that are applicable to their order. Such charges are processed and calculated by the customs department upon entrance into any country other than the USA. The charges are payable upon delivery. Refusal to pay these duties fees will result in the package being returned to UrbanHookah.com or abandoned. 

If the order is refused and returned to our warehouse the shipping carrier will bill us for the shipping and we'll then bill you for the shipping.  After which we'll refund the cost of the returned items to your credit card less a 10% restocking fee.  If the order is refused and then abandoned and we don't receive your package back at our warehouse then the order is a total loss.  In this situation you will receive no refund of any kind as there are no item(s) to refund.

Canceled Orders

Cancellations requested before shipment will be issued a prompt refund less a 10% restocking fee. Cancellations requested after shipment will be issued a prompt refund less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping charges.
