Customers sometimes enter incorrect shipping addresses for their orders. UPS will attempt 3x to deliver the package. If no one is available to sign for the package after 3x they will return the package to our warehouse. If they bill us for the return shipping we will bill you accordingly. If you then wish us to reship your package to the correct address the new shipping charges will be billed to you as well.
If the package is returned to our warehouse and then you decide you no longer want the order then you will be billed for the return shipping (if applicable) and a 10% restocking fee. You will then be refunded for all the item(s) that were returned.
